DineSmart does not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII). You can use the app without creating an account, logging in, or submitting any personal data.
DineSmart uses your location only to show nearby restaurants and health inspection results on the map. Location access is optional and controlled entirely by your device settings.
Your location is never stored or shared with any third parties.
All health inspection data is retrieved from publicly available sources, such as municipal or regional public health agencies. DineSmart does not modify or influence these inspection records in any way.
DineSmart uses Sentry to monitor performance and detect crashes or technical issues. Sentry may collect anonymized technical data such as:
We have enabled Sentry’s sendDefaultPii setting, which means this data may include basic information like IP addresses. However, DineSmart does not associate this data with your identity, and we do not access or store any user profiles.
